On my rifle, I think there would be room even with a 20 MOA base, to still have a low set of rings. I can&#39;t say for sure though.<br /><br />Given all that though, how much range does your scope have? Bought a 5r milspec last nov. I like it. Problem is I want to shoot 1000 yds with it but my scope won&#39;t reach that far, I been reading about scope bases, it is recommended that I use 20 MOA base, my question is what hight of rings should i use and will I still be able to zero at 100yds.<br /><br />Would appreciate your input.
